PLEASE BE ADVISED: The flood hazard map available from this page is only valid for unincorporated Pima County. If the property is within the City of Tucson, the Town of Marana, the Town of Oro Valley, or any other incorporated area, floodplain information will not be shown on the map and you must contact the correct jurisdiction for floodplain information.

You can search either by parcel number or by address. To perform a search, a minimum of three digits are required in the parcel number field or a full street number is required.

Entering an incomplete parcel code or just the street number generates a list of parcels with that parcel or street address. Partial entries in other fields will narrow the list returned to only those properties that match the information entered. Select the parcel you are interested in and click the View Map button. Entering a complete parcel number, address or an address with only one match will populate the Parcel Number box and activate the View Map button.

Clicking on the View Map button starts the map generation process. Before receiving your map you will be taken to a brief disclaimer outlining the acceptable uses of the data. Once you have read and Accepted the disclaimer you will taken to your map.

Search by Address The minimum information needed to search by Address is the Street Number of the property. Enter as much address information for the parcel as you have. Entering just the street number will generate a list of parcels with that street address. Entering a complete address or an address with only one match will populate the Parcel Number box and activate the View Map button.

Search by Parcel Number A minimum of 3 digits of the parcel code are necessary to search by parcel code. Entering an incomplete parcel code will generate a list of all parcels that match the information entered. Select the parcel and click on the View Map button. Entering a complete parcel code will populate the address fields for the parcel identified and the View Map button will activate.
